    All you have to do is log in to clbpenguin,
    hold the shift button and click the plus button.

    i know how to change peoples igloos but u hav to be a secret agent… 1.go 2 ur igloo…2.press the tape measure…3.then click ur spy phone and click teleport…3.go to the map and click on someones igloo…4.u can change the persons igloo!
